  I first met Donna in 2013 when she showed and helped up purchase our first rental home. I mentioned we would need a property manager since we lived in Minnesota and she informed us that she also does property management and her husband does maintenance and repairs. Since then we have purchased five more homes and some needed extensive rehabbing. They took care of that for us at a reasonable rate. She now manages all six homes and takes care of any renter issues for us. i know it would have been very difficult to do the investment properties without her.

  I would never recommend giving them your child. They claim to be christian but use words and phrases no christian would use. Because my daughter wasnt taken from the womb straight to a daycare she had a longer than usual "adjustment" period. The teacher (Ms. Laura) met me at the door angry and frustrated every time I picked her up. Telling me she wasnt going to "blow smoke up my butt" my daughter was giving her difficulty and had until the end of the week to adjust or she would be recommending that my daughter not return. She told me that my daughter wouldnt eat all day long. My daughter is a very sweet little girl and I never have any of these problems w/ her. As such I am recommending the DCF investigate her in particular.
