- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I first met Donna in 2013 when she showed and helped up purchase our first rental home. I mentioned we would need a property manager since we lived in Minnesota and she informed us that she also does property management and her husband does maintenance and repairs. Since then we have purchased five more homes and some needed extensive rehabbing. They took care of that for us at a reasonable rate. She now manages all six homes and takes care of any renter issues for us. i know it would have been very difficult to do the investment properties without her.By Ken Oestreich, November 26, 2017
